Debby Rask Interior Design Co. is a small, female-owned studio working out of a converted carriage house in Hudson, New York. We've spent the last decade designing homes — and a few quietly excellent restaurants — with a stubborn belief that interiors should feel inherited rather than installed.

What we believe
Three working principles.

Material before mood.
We choose materials that age generously — limewash, unlacquered brass, oak, linen, hand-thrown ceramic. The mood follows.

One client at a time.
We take on a small number of projects each year so the principal — Debby — is in every meeting and on every site visit.
- 03
Built for ordinary days.
Sunday breakfast, muddy boots, a teenager's friends through the door. A room that doesn't work on a regular Tuesday isn't finished.
