Renovation & New Build
Engagements from $80k
We join your architect and builder at the earliest possible moment — usually framing — and stay through punchlist. Cabinetry, surfaces, plumbing, lighting plans, and every interior finish, decided once and decided well.

- Do you take on projects outside of Texas?
- Yes. The studio was founded in Houston and we now have active projects in New York, Illinois, and Florida, with California next. We work fully online and travel for installs, so we accept clients across the United States.
- How much does working with the studio cost?
- Full-Service Interiors begin at $45,000, Renovation & New Build engagements at $80,000, and our E-Design Folio for a single room starts at $4,800. Every proposal is written specifically for your home after a discovery call.
- How long does a typical project take?
- An E-Design Folio is delivered in about four weeks. A full-service room takes three to four months, and a whole-home or renovation engagement typically runs nine to fourteen months from first conversation to final install.
- Can we meet in person, or is everything online?
- We operate online-first, with consultations by video or phone so we can serve clients anywhere in the country. If an in-person meeting is essential, we'll arrange travel as part of the engagement.
- What does the first step look like?
- Every engagement begins with a 45-minute conversation. We listen to how you live in your home, what isn't working, and what you're hoping for — then send a written proposal within five business days.
